Very friendly staff! I installed the equipment due to hard water in my new home. The water made my skin so itchy. Within a week of having the water treatment system through aqua otter, the itching stopped!!!We did have a problem with where they installed the system. However, I called and they immediately came out and fixed the problem free of charge, no questions asked!
We have had our Aqua Otter system for a several months and haven’t had any issues or complaints about it. The regeneration cycles are short and quiet. Not having to continuously buy salt has been a real convenience. We have really hard water and we haven’t experienced any of the build up on our faucets and shower heads. You can definitely taste the difference in the drinking water compared to our old system. Definitely would recommend!!
We had a water softener installed. The installer was very professional and efficient. Installation looks very clean. We did have a few setting issues. Larry and the team at Aqua Otter were very responsive and and helped get the water quality to our liking. I highly recommend them. They do what they say they will do and follow up after the sale and installation.
The folks that came to our house were friendly, professional and prompt. After a couple of months we noticed a difference to our shower heads and sinks. We like the fact that we don’t have to add salt and no slimy water is a plus for sure.
Aqua Otter was dynamite. We bought two systems from them. Larry was professional and friendly. The installation crew was prompt. It has been a couple of years since the first install. I love not needing to remember to put salt in the softener. We would definitely recommend Aqua Otter to anyone needing a system.
