Aqua Otter Water Systems offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee under certain conditions:
The guarantee applies only if explicitly approved at the time of purchase. Any refund request must be made within 30 days of the system installation date. Customers requesting refunds must schedule a time and date for the removal of the equipment before the refund can be processed.
A 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee may only be approved under special circumstances. Any unapproved guarantees, verbal or written, are not valid and will default to the 30-Day Guarantee policy.
Aqua Otter Water Systems strives to address any customer concerns about system performance by offering appropriate solutions:
If a system is found to require additional treatment to achieve optimal results, Aqua Otter may provide additional equipment or services at no cost to the customer, subject to approval. Customers receiving additional equipment to correct performance concerns will be granted a new 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee starting from the date of the new installation.
Aqua Otter will provide free installation of additional equipment when addressing performance issues. Customers requesting upgrades or additional features outside the original scope of purchase may receive discounted pricing for solutions offered at cost, as determined by Aqua Otter.
To initiate a refund request, customers must: Provide supporting documentation upon request. Schedule the retrieval of the installed system with an Aqua Otter technician. Refunds will be processed only after all equipment has been successfully removed from the customer’s property.
Aqua Otter takes customer communication seriously and works to maintain professionalism in all interactions in. the event of unsatisfactory customer experiences, Aqua Otter will take steps to address concerns, including offering apologies and additional support.
Customers are encouraged to review the contract for specific recommendations about potential future needs for additional treatments or upgrades. Aqua Otter’s representatives will provide expert advice based on water testing results, but customers should be aware that unforeseen issues may arise requiring further solutions.
Aqua Otter encourages customers to raise concerns promptly after installation to ensure timely resolution. Refund requests or issues raised significantly after installation will be assessed in light of the timing and overall circumstances.
