Very friendly staff! I installed the equipment due to hard water in my new home. The water made my skin so itchy. We have had our Aqua Otter system for a several months and haven’t had any issues or complaints about it. The regeneration cycles are short and quiet. Not having to continuously buy salt has been a real convenience. We have really hard water and we haven’t experienced any of the build up on our faucets and shower heads. You can definitely taste the difference in the drinking water compared to our old system. Definitely would recommend!!
